Warranty Terms
Every compressor carries a manufacturer-backed warranty. Please keep your warranty card and invoice.
- Warranty applies after checking the car or compressor to confirm the cause of the malfunction, and does not include poor installation.
- The warranty period is one month from the date of the invoice.
- Replacement of the compressor does not include any fees (installation, shipping, or car rental).
- Replacement warranty applies for the first time only, without a second warranty.
- The warranty card leads to cancellation of the warranty if lost.
- The warranty is cancelled in case of black oil, dirt or residue, or Freon gas, and prevents the use of petroleum substances.
- Hygiene items should be well dried from the inside, especially the evaporator.
- Old air-conditioner coils and dynamo fans should be checked.
- The warranty is cancelled if the compressor is subjected to high heat, solidification or pressure loss.
- The warranty is cancelled in case of fraud from engineers to hide installation defects and oil change.
- The condenser of a high-quality air conditioner with a high-heat expansion valve and evaporator winding should be changed.
- The gasoline gate must be cleaned to ensure the stability of the engine.
