This website, bestaccompressor.com, and the trading name Best AC Compressor are owned and operated by Global Automotive LLC, a company licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams) under Commercial License No. 2541474.01, with its registered address at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Global Automotive LLC trading as Best AC Compressor.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
3. Products
We sell automotive air-conditioning compressors and related parts. Product images are for illustration; the part supplied is identified by its part number and specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the correct part for their vehicle. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle chassis (VIN) number and we will help verify fitment before you order.
4. Pricing & currency
Prices are set in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may be displayed in your local currency based on your location. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
5. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we are unable to verify the order details.
6. Payment
Checkout is completed online through Tap Payments. We accept major cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Orders are charged in UAE Dirhams (AED). Your order is confirmed only after Tap reports a successful capture.
7. Shipping
Delivery timeframes and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
8. Returns & warranty
Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Products carry a manufacturer-backed warranty as stated on the product page. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or use of the wrong refrigerant or oil.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Global Automotive LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
